1. Research-use only
All products supplied through this site are lyophilized peptide reference materials intended strictly for qualified laboratory research use. They are not drugs, medications, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics, or consumer products, and are not intended for use in or on humans or animals, or for medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, dietary, cosmetic, sports, performance, wellness, or consumer purposes.
2. Eligible purchasers
Purchasers must be authorized representatives of a registered laboratory, academic institution, biotech entity, contract research organization, or other qualified research organization. We reserve the right to verify credentials and to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.
3. Conditions of supply
By placing an order, the purchaser confirms that:
- Products will be used solely for lawful laboratory research
- Products will not be used in or on humans or animals
- Products will not be used for medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, dietary, cosmetic, sports, performance, wellness, or consumer purposes
- Products will not be resold, repackaged, relabeled, transferred, or supplied for human or veterinary use
- The purchaser will comply with all applicable laws, institutional rules, and laboratory-safety requirements
4. Accounts
Account holders are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity carried out under their account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Ordering and payment
All orders are subject to acceptance, credential verification, and inventory availability. Payment is required in full before shipment. Prices may change without notice.
6. Shipping
Estimated delivery times are estimates only. Risk of loss passes to the purchaser on delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
7. Returns
Unopened material may be returned within 30 days of receipt under our Refund Policy. Original shipping is not refundable except where the product was damaged or defective on receipt.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We disclaim all indirect, incidental, special, consequential, and punitive damages.
9. Intellectual property
All content, branding, and code on this site is owned by Certified Peptides or its licensors and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
10. Modifications
These terms may be revised. Continued use of the site after publication of changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
