What does processing & delivery look like?
Orders are typically prepared within one business day. Verified institutional accounts qualify for same-day processing. Shipping is via tracked carrier; transit times vary by destination and service level selected at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, where applicable laws permit. International purchasers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes. Some jurisdictions restrict importation of certain research materials — confirm local rules before ordering.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number is emailed when the order ships. You can also view order status under My Account → Orders or via the Track Order page.
What is your return policy?
Unopened material in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the product cost. Damaged or defective material qualifies for a full refund including shipping when reported within 48 hours. See the Refund Policy for full details.
Products & Quality
What HPLC purity do you supply?
Each batch is independently HPLC-analyzed by a third-party laboratory. The exact purity for each batch is documented on the Certificate of Analysis. Our acceptance specification is a minimum of 99% HPLC purity for peptide content.
Do you provide a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
Yes. A batch-specific COA is available for every research material. COA information is provided for batch documentation and listed laboratory parameters only, and does not indicate suitability for any use outside qualified laboratory research.
How should this material be stored?
Lyophilized material should be stored at −20 °C unless batch documentation specifies otherwise. Reconstituted material in laboratory environments is typically stored at 2–8 °C; refer to your institutional protocols.
Are these materials for human or animal use?
No. All materials are supplied strictly for qualified laboratory research use only. They are not intended for use in or on humans or animals, and are not for medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, dietary, cosmetic, sports, performance, wellness, or consumer use.

What payment methods are accepted?
Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay are accepted at checkout. Verified institutional accounts may also use NET 30 terms after credential verification.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by a PCI-compliant payment processor over TLS. Card details are not stored on our servers.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes. Volume discounts, NET 30 terms, and dedicated account support are available for verified institutional purchasers. Apply through the Institutional Account intake form.

How do I open an institutional account?
Submit your credentials through the Institutional Account intake form. We verify the registered organization, principal investigator, and research area before approving the account.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Modifications are possible within 2 hours of placement. After that window, the order is in fulfillment and cannot be changed. Contact support immediately if you need to make a change.
