Processing Time
Orders placed before 2PM EST on business days ship same day. Orders placed after 2PM EST or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.
Packaging
All products are shipped in discreet, temperature-controlled packaging to ensure product integrity. During summer months, ice packs are included at no additional charge.

Return Policy
