Certified Peptides offers a batch-quality guarantee for unopened research material returned within 30 days of receipt. All returns are subject to credential verification and the conditions below.
Eligible returns
- Unopened material in original packaging, returned within 30 days of receipt, qualifies for a refund of the product cost. Original outbound shipping is not refundable.
- Damaged or defective material is eligible for a full refund including shipping. Report within 48 hours of receipt with photographs and the order number to info@certifiedpeptides.ca.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned material is received and inspected.
Not eligible
- Opened or reconstituted material, except where a confirmed batch quality issue is documented
- Material lost in transit (handled separately under our shipping-protection process)
- Items purchased from third-party resellers or unauthorized distributors
How to return
Contact info@certifiedpeptides.ca with your order number and the reason for return. We will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and shipping instructions. Returns sent without an RMA will not be processed.
Credential verification
Refunds and replacements are issued only to verified institutional accounts and individual researchers whose original purchase credentials remain valid.
