How long does shipping take?

Do you offer international shipping?

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by visiting our Track Order page and entering your order number and email address.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened products in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.

What purity are your peptides?
All our peptides are synthesized to a minimum purity of 99%, with most products exceeding this standard. Each batch is tested by independent third-party laboratories.
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COA)?
Yes, every product comes with a Certificate of Analysis that includes HPLC purity testing, mass spectrometry verification, and identity confirmation. COAs are available on request and included with your shipment.
How should I store peptides?
Unreconstituted peptides should be stored in a freezer (-20°C) for long-term storage. Once reconstituted, store in a refrigerator (2-8°C) and use within 30 days.
Are your peptides for human use?
No. All products are sold strictly for research and laboratory use only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, and are not approved by the FDA for any medical purpose.
