Lyophilized research material ships in temperature-controlled, tracked packaging. Cold-chain is maintained where the batch documentation specifies it. Shipments are addressed to registered research facilities and qualified institutional purchasers.
Processing time
Orders submitted before 1:00 PM EST on business days are typically prepared the same day. Orders submitted after that time, or on weekends and holidays, are prepared the next business day. Same-day processing is available for verified institutional accounts.
Shipping options
Shipping is billed at carrier rates. Standard and expedited options are presented at checkout; international shipping is available where applicable laws permit. Free standard shipping is offered on qualifying orders above the threshold shown at checkout.
Packaging
All material is shipped in discreet, temperature-controlled packaging. Cold packs are included automatically when ambient transit temperatures or batch documentation require them.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when the shipment is dispatched. You can also view order status from My Account → Orders or via the Track Order page.
International shipments
International purchasers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Delivery times vary by destination. Some jurisdictions may restrict importation of certain research materials; it is the purchaser’s responsibility to confirm local rules.
Damaged or defective on receipt
Inspect every shipment on receipt. Report any damage or defect within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs and the order number, to info@certifiedpeptides.ca. We will issue a replacement or full refund including shipping.
